Is it really free for clients?
Registration, vendor search, quote requests and all the management tools are 100% free for clients. No hidden fees, no commitment.
Do vendors pay a commission?
0% commission on your contracts. Optional online payment collection: 1% incl. VAT. Registration and the showcase profile are free. Paid plans are available monthly, with no commitment, or annually, with a 12-month commitment. Prices are on the “Become a vendor” page.
How does the merit-based system work?
Your rank is based on what you do on We Event: a complete showcase profile first, then your responsiveness to requests, your clients' reviews and your activity in the network. The ranking is recalculated every quarter. Every week, a rotation highlights other vendors, so that every active profile gets featured at least once a quarter, and new members get a boost during their first 30 days. On the Vendors page, verified businesses appear right after the week's featured vendors.
Does We Event cover the whole of France?
Yes. We Event is a national platform, open to vendors everywhere in France. Born in Provence, it is now expanding across all of France and soon internationally.
How are vendors verified?
Registration is open and the SIRET number is optional. Vendors who display the “Verified company” badge have had their SIRET number checked against the INSEE register: the number exists and the company is active. The others have not yet provided their number, or their number is not verified.
Does We Event work for corporate events?
Yes: seminars, conferences, galas and team building are fully covered by our network.
Can I find vendors outside France?
Today, almost all the vendors in the directory are based in France. Opening up to other European countries will happen gradually.
Is there a mobile app?
The mobile app is in active development and will be available soon.
