Your space, in three stages
Prepare, share, then the big day.
The menu of your space follows these three stages. The videos show the screen as it is.
1. Prepare
Your budget keeps up with your quotes.
You set a budget: it is split across categories according to your type of event. Each quote you approve moves to “committed”, each payment to “paid”, and the balance due is shown category by category. A quote that exceeds the budget for its category is flagged before you approve it.

2. Share
Your guests reply online.
Your invitation website goes live in three screens. Each guest replies from their personal link: attendance, plus-ones, diet, allergies and menu choice. A deadline triggers the reminders, and the export for the caterer lists diets and allergies.

3. The big day
The same run sheet for everyone.
The “On the day” screen brings together the run sheet, your providers with their contact details, the emergency contacts, the weather and your plan B. You share it by a link, print it as a PDF or display it on a screen.

Frequently asked questions
Before you create your space
All the way, for organizing: the provider search, quote requests, the budget, guests, the seating plan, the invitation website and the day itself. The price you pay is the one on your provider's quote, with no added fees. Only paid ticket sales carry fees, deducted from your revenue: a 3% commission plus bank charges. Free tickets carry none.
No. The directory, the profiles and the ratings are open to everyone. The account, which is free, is there to keep your quote requests, your conversations and your preparations in your event's space.
No. Each guest replies from their personal link or from your invitation website. They also upload their photos through a link or a QR code, without an account.
You approve a quote online: your name, your email and a tick box count as your signature, and the accepted quote stays available as a PDF. The deposit is paid by card when the provider has switched on online payment. Otherwise, you receive their deposit invoice and pay by bank transfer.
You can invite your photographer to deliver their albums here, and add a provider who is not registered to the run sheet for the day. Albums, films and playlist sharing go through the provider's own space, so they require the provider to use We Event. The rest of your preparations does not depend on it.
Five per account. Each event has its own budget, guests, invitation website and run sheet.
Yes. Your space runs in your phone's browser, with a menu designed for it. The app for iPhone and Android is on its way.
The photos and videos uploaded by your guests, like the guestbook, are kept for 30 days after the event, so download them before then. Your photographer's albums stay online for as long as they use their tool, then for 90 days. You are warned by email before they are deleted, and you can download everything.
