Yes. Registration, searching for vendors, quote requests and your client area are free. Only ticketing has a cost, if you sell tickets for your own event: a commission on sales and bank fees, deducted from your revenue; you are given the rate during an appointment.

Your rank is based on what you do. The ranking rests on four criteria: profile quality, responsiveness to requests, client reviews and activity on We Event (network, training, consistency, sales). A complete showcase profile is the first lever. The ranking is recalculated every quarter.

Vendors who display the “Verified company” badge have had their SIRET number checked against the INSEE register: the number exists and the company is active. The others have not yet provided their number, or their number is not verified.

Most registered vendors are in France. A few are in other countries, mainly in Europe. The site is available in seven languages. Search the vendor directory.

On a vendor's showcase profile, click “Request a quote”: log in or create your free account, then describe your event. Without an account, click “See contact details” and describe your project with your name and e-mail: the vendor receives your request and their contact details are displayed straight away. In both cases, their responsiveness counts in their ranking. Find a vendor.

Every review posted on We Event is read before it is published: one review per person and per vendor, no review written by the vendor or their team. A low rating is never a reason for refusal. The Google reviews shown come from the vendor's Google listing, and each review states where it comes from. Read about review checks.

No, no commission is charged on contracts signed through We Event. Registration is free. For the advanced tools (AI CRM, analytics), the full CRM and AI come as standard. Monthly, there is no commitment and it can be cancelled at any time; annually, the commitment is 12 months. Two online payment services are optional and carry usage fees: 1% on an invoice payment settled through We Event, and a commission on ticketing. The ticket buyer pays the listed price. The commission and bank fees are deducted from the organizer's revenue.

Yes. We Event is a national platform, open to vendors from all over France. It was born in the Var, in Provence. Wherever you are, list your business or find vendors near you.

Yes: seminars, conferences, company parties, team building. Search for vendors by trade and by region in the directory. We Event is also used for weddings, birthdays, private concerts and festivals. See the Companies page.

It is coming to iPhone and Android. Leave your e-mail in the “We Event app” section of this page: you will be notified on release day. In the meantime, the site already works on a phone, tracking area included, and can be added to the home screen like an app.

Choose the event on the ticketing page, then your tickets, and pay the listed price by payment card. Your tickets then arrive by e-mail, each with its QR code to show at the entrance. For a free event, you book your places without paying. See the ticketing page.
