2. Hosting
The Site is hosted on an Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud infrastructure, Europe region (eu-west-1, Ireland). The application API is accessible at api.we-event.eu.
Personal data transfers outside the EU are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) compliant with EU Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, ensuring GDPR-equivalent protection.

Regional homepage personalization is based on approximate IP geolocation performed locally on our servers using the database IP Geolocation by DB-IP (CC BY 4.0 license). No IP address is transmitted to a third party or stored for this purpose.
3. Intellectual Property
All elements constituting the Site (structure, texts, graphics, software, database, sounds, photographs, logo, etc.) are protected by French, European, and international intellectual property laws.
These elements are the exclusive property of We Event, with the exception of elements provided by licensed third parties (provider photographs, testimonials, etc.).

5. User-Published Content
Providers listed on the platform publish their own content (descriptions, photos, prices, reviews). They are solely responsible. We Event, as a host under Article 6-I-2 of the LCEN law, is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or lawfulness of this content.
To report clearly illicit content: support@we-event.eu. We examine all requests within a reasonable timeframe and take appropriate measures.
6. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We Event has no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, data collection practices, or the services they offer.
Creating hyperlinks to the Site requires prior written authorization.
7. Limitation of liability
We Event is an intermediation platform. As such:
- We are not party to contracts concluded between Clients and Providers
- We do not guarantee permanent platform availability
- We disclaim all responsibility for fraudulent account use
- We are not responsible for services provided by listed Providers
8. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These legal notices are subject to French law for users residing in France. Any dispute regarding Site use by a French resident user will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
For users residing outside France, the applicable laws and competent jurisdictions are those provided by the General Terms of Use.
