Personal data transfers outside the EU are governed by standard contractual clauses (SCCs) compliant with EU Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914, ensuring GDPR-equivalent protection.

3. Intellectual Property

Providers listed on the platform publish their own content (descriptions, photos, prices, reviews). They are solely responsible. We Event, as a host under Article 6-I-2 of the LCEN law, is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or lawfulness of this content.
To report clearly illicit content: support@we-event.eu. We examine all requests within a reasonable timeframe and take appropriate measures.
6. Hyperlinks
The Site may contain links to third-party sites. We Event has no control over these sites and disclaims all responsibility for their content, data collection practices, or the services they offer.

7. Limitation of liability
We Event is an intermediation platform. As such:
- We are not party to contracts concluded between Clients and Providers
- We do not guarantee permanent platform availability

These legal notices are subject to French law for users residing in France. Any dispute regarding Site use by a French resident user will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of French courts.
