1. What is a cookie?

A cookie is a small file placed on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies: localStorage (browser local storage) and application cache (PWA). For simplicity, this page covers all of these trackers.

We Event principle: the minimum necessary. No advertising cookies, no data resale, no cross-site tracking.

2. Essential storage (exempt from consent)

These items are strictly necessary for the site to function (article 82 de la loi Informatique et Libertés — CNIL exemption). They cannot be disabled.

3. Third-party services (loaded on use)

Some features rely on external services that may set their own cookies:

Google Maps (Vendors and Contact pages) — display of interactive maps and city autocompletion. Google may set technical cookies (e.g. NID). Google policy.
Stripe (ticketing and marketplace payments) — anti-fraud security cookies (__stripe_mid, __stripe_sid) set only on payment pages. Stripe policy.
Bunny.net (podcast / talkshow video playback) — video delivery via a European CDN, with no advertising cookies. Bunny policy.

Our fonts are hosted locally : no requests are sent to Google Fonts (GDPR compliance).

4. Audience measurement

We Event currently uses no third-party audience measurement tools (no Google Analytics, no advertising pixel). If this were to change, your consent would first be collected via the cookie banner and this page would be updated.

5. Manage my consent

On your first visit, a banner invites you to accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can change your mind at any time:
