01 · The Calendar
On September 1, 2026, you receive. In 2027, you issue.
Reception first: any VAT-registered company must be able to receive electronic invoices by September 1, 2026 — the caterer in an LLC as well as the VAT-exempt DJ. Your suppliers, rental companies, and wholesalers will send them to you: they need to arrive somewhere. Issuance next: generalized in 2027, in a structured format, via an approved platform. And your sales to individuals do not become electronic invoices — they fall under e-reporting, the transmission of their data to the administration.
02 · The Connection
One screen. One identity verification. Only once.
From your We Event account, you open the Electronic Invoicing screen and initiate the connection to SUPER PDP, a platform approved by the DGFiP, with whom We Event is a partner. The process is guided and includes identity verification via QR code — your phone, your ID. It is linked to you, not your company: you won't have to do it again. At the end, the screen displays your status: connected, pending, or expired. The status is displayed, not assumed.
03 · Daily Operations
Your supplier invoices arrive where your quotes are stored.
Your workspace retrieves electronic invoices every twenty minutes. They are stored in the same account as your quotes, clients, and reminders — not in yet another portal, with yet another password. For issuance, there's a safeguard: verification. The platform analyzes your document and provides its compliance report without creating or declaring anything. You then transmit it, knowing that a transmission is final — that's the system's principle, and we prefer to tell you upfront.

However, receiving e-invoices concerns you from September 1, 2026: your suppliers will send you electronic invoices, and you must be able to receive them.
No. The criterion isn't collecting VAT, it's being within its scope — and a micro-enterprise with VAT exemption is. Reception from September 1, 2026, issuance with the generalization in 2027. Your status doesn't exempt you from anything.
