The method
The couple writes. You read. The equipment follows.
The playlist arrives on its own.
The couple uploads their tracks, imports their Deezer playlist, or pastes their Spotify link. Their guests suggest others from the mini-site, and the organizer retains control over what remains.
The evening is built hour by hour.
Each moment has its start time, its tracks, and its entertainment: speeches, toasts, special dances, ceremonies, games, video playback. Tracks to avoid have their own tab, and you review them before connecting.
The accepted quote reserves your moving heads.
An accepted quote line places a reservation for the exact dates, and if the item is already committed elsewhere that weekend, you see it before signing. Each reference includes its volume in m³ and its weight; when you load, the total is compared to the capacity of the vehicle you designated. If exceeded, an alert is triggered — before the doors are closed.
01 · Sharing
The couple's playlist arrives with you. Including their forbidden tracks.
The organizer invites you from their space; the shared playlist appears in your shared playlists, awaiting acceptance. You accept, and you open the entire evening: moments, library, blacklist, entertainment, guest suggestions. Your rights are clearly defined — read, comment, modify titles — and the organizer can revoke them at any time.

02 · Your Template Playlists
Your sets, written once. Uploaded with a single click.
You create your standard playlists in your space, each with its own ambiance: first dance, cocktail, end of evening when the venue won't let guests back in. They stay with you, they don't move. And the day a couple shares their event with you, you pour the standard playlist into it without retyping a single title — the list of events offered to you only contains those for which you have accepted sharing.

03 · Equipment
The accepted quote removes equipment from stock. Or it refuses to go through.
Your sound and lighting inventory is entered once: reference, total quantity, daily rental rate, volume, weight, alert threshold. Then the quote does the work. Upon acceptance, each line becomes a reservation set for the exact dates, extended by setup and teardown — twenty-four hours on each side by default, because a Saturday wedding already takes up your Friday evening and returns on Sunday morning. And if the moving head is already booked for that weekend, the acceptance stops and shows you the conflict before you sign.

We don't show you a product. We take the timeline you've had in your head for years and write it down: your moments, your times, your recurring activities, and the questions to ask the couple so that prohibitions are written instead of being said orally. You leave with the document, whether there's a follow-up or not.

You open their actual playlist, not a copy received by email. What they add, what they remove, what they move to the blacklist: you read it line by line. And you respond under a specific title to explain why that particular track won't work at 1 AM. One caveat: nothing alerts you automatically. Sharing and new additions appear when you open your shared playlists.
The organizer, and only the organizer. It's in their event space that they fill their playlist, import their Deezer playlist, or paste their Spotify link. Their guests, meanwhile, suggest tracks from their invitation link, without creating anything. And the organizer remains in control: they can hide what they don't want to see, or slip a suggestion into a specific moment of the evening.
Yes, on the same screen as your playlists: you don't switch tools between the event and the truck. Your inventory is entered once, with the minimum threshold you don't want to fall below. Then, the alert screen takes over: it flags items that have fallen below their threshold, and turns red when the same item is booked twice for the same weekend, displaying the quote number and client name. An important caveat: vehicle assignment is up to you. The software compares the volume and weight to the capacity of the vehicle you've designated, and it alerts you. It doesn't load for you.

A public rating, reset every quarter — a full summer doesn't carry over to autumn. The criterion you might not expect first: eco-responsibility, 20%, exactly the same weight as seniority and reliability, also 20%. Activity and responsiveness are worth 25%. And the heaviest block, 35%, consists of the verified reviews your couples leave after the event. Visibility options accelerate the rise; they don't replace it. Translation: the DJ who calls back on Sunday morning and whose couples leave genuine reviews will rise, with or without options.
