Businesses · seminars, corporate events, galas

You've been entrusted with the seminar.

Seven providers to find, compare, and follow up with — in addition to your actual work. Or an agency, with its fees. There's a third way: search among providers rated on public criteria, contact them directly, for free, and stay in control. It starts with a search, not by creating an account.

The additional task

Organizing the event isn't your primary business. It's become your second.

In a meeting, someone suggested, 'this year, let's organize a proper seminar.' Everyone loved the idea. Then everyone looked at you.

Since then, you've been searching for a venue between meetings, a caterer during lunch, or a DJ from your sofa in the evening. Your search engine keeps pulling up the same old directories, which in turn offer you the same tired lists.

Five quote requests sent. Two responses. They don't describe the same evening: one includes the service, the other will mention it on the invoice. And neither answers the parking question.

The agency would handle everything — that's their job. You asked for their fees. You went back to your spreadsheet.

You didn't have a dilemma. You were just missing a directory.

The uncounted hours

Three unseen tasks. Zero lines on your job description.

Finding is a profession — that you improvise

Websites without prices, pages dead for two years, numbers ringing unanswered. After two hours, you have seven tabs open and no way to differentiate them.

Quotes arrive, but they don't compare easily

One quotes per buffet, the other per cover. One includes service, the other lists it as an option. You're comparing documents that don't describe the same event, and you're forced to decide based on intuition.

Your follow-ups live in your email inbox

A reminder here, a clarification there, an email thread copied to three people. The day the venue demands a response within 48 hours, the email is buried under forty others. And you'll be held responsible if the room is gone.

The method

A search. A rating. A message.

  1. Search, without creating an account.

Choose from eleven categories — reception venue, caterer, DJ and musicians, photographer, entertainment, transport… — a city, a radius around it. The directory is freely accessible: no one asks for your email address just to browse.

  2. Compare based on a public rating.

Each provider has a rating with displayed criteria: 35% for verified client reviews, 25% for activity and responsiveness, 20% for seniority and reliability, 20% for eco-responsibility. It resets to zero every quarter — what you read is recent, not inherited.

  3. You write to the service provider. Not to a platform.

The quote request is free and goes directly to them. They respond, you adjust, they bill you — with no intermediary in the conversation, and no commission charged on what they bill you.

01 · Search

One category, one city, one radius. And no account needed to browse.

You type 'caterer' thirty kilometers from headquarters, or 'reception venue' around the seminar city. Eleven categories cover corporate events from start to finish: reception venue, caterer, DJ and musicians, photographer, videographer, decoration, florist, entertainment, fashion and beauty, transport — and wedding planner, if your event requires one. Profiles, photos, notes: everything can be viewed without an account. You are here to find, not to register.

02 · The Rating

Four criteria displayed. A quarterly reset.

The score is not an opaque ranking: its criteria are public and weighted — verified customer reviews count for 35%, activity and responsiveness for 25%, seniority and reliability for 20%, eco-responsibility for 20%. And it resets every quarter: the provider you see at the top is there for what they've done in recent months, not for their 2024 glory. Visibility options exist for providers: they accelerate, they do not replace merit — the four criteria remain the basis of the score. What you read under one name, you can read under all others.

The public rating: displayed criteria, counter reset each quarter.

03 · Contact

You speak directly to the provider. Everything else falls into place.

The quote request starts from the profile, free of charge, and goes directly to the service provider — not into a commercial queue. You discuss with them directly: the CEO's allergy, the last train's schedule, the finicky video projector. And if you open an account, also free, your event finally has a home: quotes received side-by-side, messaging with each provider, the guest list. The day your management asks for an update, the answer fits on one screen — not across forty emails.

Our Commitments

Written in black and white.

Free for you — not « free for now »

Searching, profiles, quote requests, the management area: none of this will be billed to you. Our model is on the other side: providers subscribe to their tools. You are not bait for a future subscription.

No commission on what you are billed

The quote the provider sends you is their price — not their price plus our margin. We don't take anything from the service, so no one needs to inflate their rates to pay us.

You speak to the one who will do the work

No salesperson between you, no central office that 'transmits your request'. You write to the caterer, the caterer responds. The details that make the evening perfect are settled with the person who will be there that night.

The rating you're viewing is current

Its criteria are public, their weighting is displayed, and it resets to zero each quarter. A service provider maintains their ranking by working this quarter, not by capitalizing on a golden age. What you consult in September reflects their summer performance.

Frequently asked questions

Our most frequent requests.

All the way. Searching, viewing profiles, requesting quotes, and the management area are free for you, and we don't take any commission on what the provider charges you. It's the providers who pay for their tools — management subscriptions, visibility options. Not you.

From a profile: the provider themselves, that's the principle of direct contact. From the contact page: a human from the We Event team, who reads your message and replies. No robot promising a callback 'as soon as possible' without ever naming anyone.

First, by the rating: the same criteria for everyone, displayed under each name — verified reviews first (35 %), then activity and responsiveness (25 %), seniority and reliability (20 %), and eco-responsibility (20 %). Then by quotes: you request them for free from the two or three you like, and they arrive in the same space, side by side. You compare figures, not just impressions.

Received quotes live in your dedicated space, free after registration: each event groups its own, along with messaging and the guest list. The June seminar doesn't get mixed up with the December party, and your replacement opens the space, not your archives. The invoice comes from the provider, just like with any supplier — we don't interfere with your accounting.

The contract is between you and them — we are not on the invoice, we won't plead on your behalf. But two things work in your favor: you choose based on a public rating fed by verified reviews and measured responsiveness, and after the event, your review impacts their rating. A service provider who treats a client poorly will see it reflected in their score. And if you want to report a problem to us, write to us: a human reads it.
